DENVER – November 27, 2017 – The Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA), an organization dedicated to helping CISO’s develop, advocate and implement an identity centric security strategy, today announced the addition of six new members and the certification of 7 vendor-to vendor-integrations that support previously released IDSA use cases. The newest members of the alliance, adding to the existing 11 companies, include BeyondTrust, Cyxtera, Gemalto, LogRhythm, Okta, STEALTHbits and Varonis.
All IDSA members are actively collaborating on the development of new use cases that are designed and based upon best practices and industry standards and trends. Additionally, the members recently extended the mission of the alliance to include providing an IDSA-validated list of vendor-to-vendor integrations that have been developed through technology alliance programs such as SailPoint Identity+ Alliance, CyberArk C3 Alliance and SecureAuth Connected Security Alliance.

Submitted vendor-to-vendor integrations have been vetted by the IDSA technical working group against the capabilities and requirements necessary to meet each use case, giving organizations additional confidence that the integrations will work as expected. The list of IDSA validated integrations can be found on the IDSA website, and a subset will be on display at the Gartner Identity and Access Management summit taking place this week at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. In addition, the IDSA will be hosting its first community meetup event at the Gartner event. The meetup is a forum for practitioners, vendors and solution providers committed to sharing best practices and strategies for implementing an innovative approach to security that helps reduce the risk of a breach, while leveraging existing investments.
